P.I.E.S needs

Physical needs- Food because some passengers get hungry after a long journey and want to eat.
A toilet at the waiting gate because some people may have forgotten to go before checking in.

Intellectual needs- A television, art in the airport and handheld games for the kids.

Emotional needs-Music to relax because some people night get very bored while waiting for the plane and might want to music. A large television so that people can watch shows. We could also have friendly people at the departure hall to keep the people company.

Social needs- A pay phone so that passengers can talk with their family or friends after a long trip because the persons family may be nervous for the passenger. Free Wi-Fi because some people might want to blog about their trip or might want to email somebody about their trip.
